Tottenham's next four signings after sealing brilliant Yves Bissouma transfer

It has been a manic start to the transfer window for Tottenham Hotspur, who have already completed three summer signings as Antonio Conte begins to re-structure his squad.

Spurs confirmed the arrival of Brighton star Yves Bissouma on Friday for a fee in the region of £25m after Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster joined from Inter Milan and Southampton respectively. The Mali international will slot straight into Conte's system perfectly, having played in a similar role at the Seagulls.

Perisic can operate in a variety of roles on the left or the right-hand side, while Forster will provide competition for first choice goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. Two experienced players who will no doubt add extra depth to the squad and help out the younger players.

Now, according to football.london, Tottenham are preparing to continue their spending spree with at least three more additions and potentially a fourth after it was revealed Conte wanted a minimum of six signings. But there are four positions that Spurs will be keen to strengthen further in the market.

The first area is at left centre-back and it is a position Spurs may need to spend big cash on. RB Leipzig's Josko Gvardiol, Villarreal's Pau Torres, Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi and Torino's Gleison Bremer all names on their shortlist. A move for Alessandro Bastoni is not entirely off the table as yet, although a move will prove difficult with the defender keen to remain at the San Siro.

Shifting to the right side of back five and Djed Spence has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs following his impressive season-long loan spell at Nottingham Forest. Middlesbrough are yet to receive an offer for the talented 21-year-old but Tottenham are expected to make their move soon with Borussia Dortmund also interested.

After completing the signing of Bissouma, Conte is keen to further bolster his midfield with a creative-minded player and discussions have been held between Spurs and Christian Eriksen ahead of a potential move. He is a free agent and would represent another excellent piece of business, particularly as he is aware of the demands Conte sets, having worked alongside him at Inter.

Manchester United have shown an interest in Eriksen, while Brentford, for whom the Dane played for six months this season, also want him back. Eriksen would like to test himself in the Champions League once more though and has an affinity with Spurs and their fans after previously spending six years at the club.

The final area where Spurs could strengthen is up front with Richarlison linked with a £60m switch from Everton. Fabio Paratici is a big fan of the Brazilian, who scored 11 league goals last term and wants to play in the Champions League. The Toffees are keen on signing Harry Winks and that could prove key in negotiations.
