Tottenham moved six points clear of Liverpool in the Premier League table with a win against Nottingham Forest on Saturday Afternoon. Spurs' exit from the Champions League earlier this week leaves them with just a top-four spot to fight for in the Premier League.
Richarlison was handed a start against Forest by Antonio Conte after a controversial interview following the poor performance against AC Milan during the week. The Brazilian thought he had opened the scoring at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but his goal was ruled out for offside after he appeared to 'shush' Conte in his celebration.
Harry Kane scored twice to give Tottenham a first half 2-0 lead over Steve Cooper's side, with Son Heung-min adding a third in the second half. Joe Worrall scored a late consolation goal with Fraser Forster also saving a penalty to keep the score at 3-1 as Spurs made the most of Liverpool's defeat to Bournemouth in the early kick-off.

football.london takes a look at Spurs' next five fixtures in the Premier League as they look to build momentum in the race for the top four.
Southampton (A) - March 18
Spurs take on another team towards the bottom of the table when they travel to St Mary's to face Southampton. The Saints are rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table and are fighting for their Premier League survival.
Spurs must avoid complacency if they are to pick up a win against Southampton after seeing London rivals Chelsea lose at home against the Saints recently.
Everton (A) - April 1
Everton are another team to sack their manager since the turn of the year, replacing Frank Lampard with veteran coach Sean Dyche. The Toffees have won two of their four outings since Dyche's arrival, including a 1-0 triumph over Tottenham's local rivals Arsenal.
They have tightened up their defence massively since appointing the former Burnley boss, having previously leaked a high volume of goals during Lampard's time at Goodison Park.
Brighton (H) - April 8
Arguably the toughest fixture of Spurs' next five comes in April when they host Brighton. The Seagulls are among a host of sides in the running for a European spot after some impressive form under Roberto de Zerbi.
At this stage, this has the makings of a very important match with Brighton nine points adrift of Spurs, but with three games in hand. Brighton love controlling possession and so Spurs will be hoping they can hit them on the counter to get the win.
Bournemouth (H) - April 15
Bournemouth are fighting relegation and could prove to be a difficult test for Spurs after pushing Arsenal close in their 3-2 defeat at the Emirates Stadium. The Cherries followed up their great effort against the Premier League leaders with a shock 1-0 win against Liverpool.
Tottenham beat Bournemouth 3-2 earlier this season and Antonio Conte will hope his side can repeat that result by picking up another three points when the two sides meet for the second time this season.
Newcastle (A) - April 23
Newcastle are one of Spurs' main contenders for a top four spot this season. Eddie Howe's side have not been at their best in front of goal lately but are still performing to a high level.
A trip to St. James' Park is never easy and Tottenham will need to perform well if they are to pick up a positive result against the Magpies.
