Tottenham now know they will be travelling to play Middlesbrough on Tuesday, March 1 in the FA Cup fifth round.
The game comes in between Spurs' trip to play Leeds at the end of February and before they welcome Everton to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium a few days later.
The Lilywhites beat Brighton 3-1 in the fourth round to get them one step closer to ending their almost 14 year trophy drought.
Middlesbrough beat Man United to get to this round, beating them 8-7 on penalties after a 1-1 draw was the score at the end of the 90 minutes.
Both teams are currently seventh in their league with Chris Wilder's side winning 13 of their 29 games played so far this season.
Conte's side are four points off fourth place West Ham with three games in hand in the Premier League, as they look to secure a Champions League spot.
The match will be a big game for both sides but the Lilywhites will hope they can progress as far as possible in the competition, as it's their last chance of silverware in this campaign.
The game will be broadcast on BBC One and is a 7:55pm kick-off.
