Tottenham Hotspur have had a busy transfer window, to say the least.
Spurs have added six first-team players to their squad as manager Antonio Conte looks to build from last season's fourth-placed Premier League finish. Brazilian forward Richarlison, young wingback Djed Spence, tough-tackling midfielder Yves Bissouma, highly-rated Croatian Ivan Perisic and veteran goalkeeper Fraser Forster have all joined the club permanent, whilst experienced centre-back Clement Lenglet has joined on loan from Catalan giants Barcelona.
However, the Lillywhites don't appear to be done just yet, with a move for Lyon star Lucas Paqueta potentially on the cards. According to French outlet L'Equipe, the north Londoners had a €40 million (£33.5 million) bid for Paqueta turned down back in January and the player is said to prefer a move to join Tottenham over local rivals Arsenal this summer.

football.london reported back in June that Spurs director of football Fabio Paratici has an interest in the 24-year-old, with Newcastle attempting to sign him in January. The Brazilian international enjoyed an excellent 2021/22 campaign with the Ligue 1 side, netting 11 goals and providing a further seven assists in all competitions, drawing praise from Gunners technical director Edu.
Speaking about his compatriot to TNT Sports Brazil last week, Edu said: "I’m very respectful when I talk about Lucas. I’m a guy who likes him a lot, I’ve always liked him, since my time with Brazil’s national team. He’s had a great season, he was considered the best (overseas) player in the French league.
"But today, there really isn’t any kind of talk, there’s only my admiration for the player, because the squad today is, in the position he plays, I think we’re very well served in this regard."
