Antonio Conte will have to decide whether to stick with a winning Tottenham team or freshen up his starting XI up for the visit of West Ham United. The two London rivals do battle at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon, both looking to keep their top four hopes alive.
Spurs come into the game off a comfortable 2-0 win against Brighton on Wednesday night, while the Hammers progressed to the Europa League quarter-finals with an extra-time victory against Sevilla the following evening. Any late injuries aside, it should be a simple decision for Conte and that's to keep an unchanged side.
That's in part because the players in the starting XI deserve to go again but also because those who have come off the bench have not really pressed their claims. Tottenham need to finally bring an end to the problem of their win-loss-win-loss record for much of 2022 and to do so against David Moyes' side would be the perfect time.

The news that Oliver Skipp could perhaps be back for the Newcastle match after the international break will bring another challenge to the central midfielders but with Ryan Sessegnon out for another four weeks at least before he can challenge Sergio Reguilon, Conte is likely to select his strongest starting XI.
The Italian might feel he needs to freshen things up in some areas, perhaps with Emerson Royal getting a chance instead of Matt Doherty, but with West Ham having one day less to prepare for Sunday's game and having played 120 minutes against Sevilla, they are not going to come into the game at their freshest.
Here is the team we reckon Conte will select:
3-4-3: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
