Antonio Conte must decide whether to stick or twist with some of his Tottenham players as they travel to the Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City on Thursday evening.
Spurs must bounce back from their 2-0 North London Derby defeat at home against table-topping Arsenal on Sunday but they face a tough task in visiting second-placed City with Pep Guardiola's side looking to keep pace with the Gunners after some stuttering results.
Conte must decide what areas of his side need freshening up in order to handle the attacking threat and ball control City will have at the Etihad Stadium.

Pape Matar Sarr impressed once again for Spurs in the centre of the pitch, but if Conte believes Rodrigo Bentancur is fit enough to start then he's going to bring the Uruguayan back in for a match he excelled in last season.
Elsewhere Richarlison will be pushing for a start after more time on the training ground with Son Heung-min perhaps the most vulnerable of the front three and Conte could decide to bring in Ben Davies for Clement Lenglet in the back three.
Other changes could come with the wing-backs with both Ivan Perisic and Emerson Royal potentially coming into the side for Ryan Sessegnon and Matt Doherty.
Here is the Tottenham team we reckon Conte will select:
3-4-3: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
