Tottenham predicted team vs Man City: Antonio Conte makes unexpected Pedro Porro decision

Tottenham and Manchester City meet once again on Sunday just over two weeks after their last clash in the Premier League and Antonio Conte has more players at his disposal this time.

Last time out, Spurs had a two-goal lead into the break at the Etihad Stadium but Conte's men could not hold on to their advantage as the hosts hit four second-half goals to turn the game on its head. Tottenham will be looking to make it five successive home wins against Pep Guardiola's side.

Conte, who is set to decide the team with assistant boss Cristian Stellini, whether he is back for the game or not after surgery to remove his gall bladder, has new signings Pedro Porro and Arnaut Danjuma in the mix, while Matt Doherty, Djed Spence, Bryan Gil and Harvey White all headed out of Spurs in the final 48 hours of the transfer window.

For the first time in a long while, Conte will have a full Tottenham squad to name the starting XI and bench from. It means there will need to be some difficult decisions made, even over which players miss out on a place among the substitutes.

Richarlison is back from his adductor problem, Lucas Moura finally returned to training after his tendon inflammation problems and Pape Matar Sarr has been involved in sessions after his small hip injury.

Emerson Royal has played well against Manchester City in the past and knows Conte's tactics well, but Porro played in a similar system with Sporting and to see the club's top target starting would give the crowd a lift. Playing against his old team on his debut would also likely see a very fired up Spaniard. However, Conte may stick to who he trusts in such a big game at this early stage in Porro's time in England.

Elsewhere the other choices will come on the left, in the back three between Ben Davies and Clement Lenglet, and at left wing-back between Ivan Perisic and Ryan Sessegnon. The Croatian had a nightmare against City at the Etihad Stadium but the faster Sessegnon has not been in top form in recent weeks.

Here's the team we reckon Conte will select:

3-4-3: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
