Antonio Conte has stated that he will make changes to his Tottenham Hotspur team as they host bottom side Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The Italian admitted that some players will get their chance after a disappointing result in midweek in Lisbon and that he needed fresh energy in the team. He stated that Ryan Sessegnon and Dejan Kulusevski deserve to play. He also suggested to football.london that Ivan Perisic could play on the right if needed, which might see Emerson Royal handed a rest after starting every game this season.
The way Conte was speaking about Yves Bissouma suggests the new midfielder might not get the nod just yet and the same seemed the case with Oliver Skipp, who is getting sharper after his freak training ground injury in pre-season.

In defence, Clement Lenglet is likely come back in and Conte will have to decide whether to bring Davinson Sanchez back in for some fresh legs on the right if Cristian Romero is deemed to be tired following his injury.
Kulusevski's return could see either Son Heung-min or Richarlison rotated out of the side if the Swede does not go in at right wing-back. Son has scored seven goals in 14 matches against Leicester, with five assists - his third best goal involvement total against any club, behind only West Ham and Southampton. Richarlison, albeit in better form that Son at the moment, has netted five times against the Foxes with one assist.
Here is the team that we reckon Conte could pick today:
3-4-3: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Perisic, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.
