Tottenham manager target Luis Enrique wants to join a Premier League club.
That's according to Napoli chief executive Aurelio de Laurentiis, who is hoping to lure the former Barcelona and Spain head coach to Naples this summer.
Napoli, fresh from winning Serie A, are looking for a new manager after current incumbent Luciano Spalletti announced his decision to step away in favour of a sabbaticial.
De Laurentiis on Monday thanked Spalletti for guiding the club to a first league title since 1990 and described him as a "free man" ahead of Sunday's final game of the league season.
Luis Enrique is understood to be Napoli's first choice to replace Spalletti but, on Tuesday, De Laurentiis suggested the target is prioritising a Premier League job.
He told Rao Sport: "We discussed [joining Napoli with Enrique] but I can tell you that he has Premier League clubs in mind."
