Terrier transfer blow
Tottenham transfer target Martin Terrier suffered a nasty-looking knee injury on Monday night during Rennes' clash against Nice. Terrier, who has scored 12 goals and provided a further five assists this term, looked to be in a great deal of discomfort before being stretchered off in the first half.
football.london reported last week that the Frenchman, who can play across the front three, is a player of interest for the Lillywhites. However, it could be difficult to prise him away from Nice considering his current contract with the Ligue 1 outfit runs until 2026.

Injury update
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has delivered updates on the current fitness status' of Dejan Kulusevski, Richarlison and Rodrigo Bentancur ahead of Wednesday evening's match against Crystal Palace. Speaking about the trio's availability on Tuesday afternoon, Conte said: "About Rodrigo Bentancur, he has started to work.
"He's still not ready and also for the FA Cup game but we hope to have him back for the next Premier League game. About Richarlison we have to see and check the situation and for sure in the future he will have another MRI to understand very well his situation.
"Kulusevski is not a serious injury but you know we need to monitor it day by day and tomorrow and then we take the best decision. I don't know [if he can face Palace]. We have today and tomorrow to check his situation. We'll see.
"The injury is not serious. If the player gives his availability then he could play. Otherwise we have to wait and have patience for the next game."

Lenglet admission
Spurs defender Clement Lenglet has admitted that his teammates have struggled since the Premier League resumed on Boxing Day, with the Lillywhites drawing 2-2 against Brentford before losing 2-0 to Aston Villa on New Year's Day.
"It was not the way we wanted to start the New Year," the Frenchman said, via the Express, when discussing the loss against Unai Emery's side. "Very early in the second half we conceded quickly and the way we played was a little bit disorganised in the second half.
"It was too difficult to come back and it’s not a good start to the year and we hope to do well in three days."
