Tottenham news: Target confirms interest as Antonio Conte's side show ambition

Tottenham Hotspur target Borna Sosa has confirmed he has clubs from the Premier League interested in signing him this summer.

The Croatian left-back, who currently plies his trade in Germany with struggling Stuttgart, has even been told he can leave his current club at the end of the season – on one condition.

It comes after Spurs demolished Everton in Monday night's Premier League encounter.

Antonio Conte's side furthered their push for Champions League football next season with a 5-0 win over Frank Lampard's side.

And the Everton boss will not have been happy at the brutal chant Spurs fans were heard singing during the game.

Spurs show Champions League ambition

Antonio Conte's Tottenham Hotspur side showed their Champions League ambition with a thumping 5-0 win over Everton on Monday night.

After Michael Keane’s own goal put Spurs ahead early on, Conte's side ran riot with Harry Kane scoring twice and Son Heung-min and Sergio Reguilon also netting.

But with rivals West Ham and Manchester United both losing at the weekend the club have gained valuable points as they fight to make the Champions League next season.

Fans brutally mock Lampard

Spurs fans brutally mocked Frank Lampard during Everton's 5-0 loss at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday night.

Tottenham raced out of the blocks as they went into half-time already 3-0 to the good.

It was after Harry Kane beat Everton’s offside trap to tuck home that Spurs fans decided to poke fun at Everton boss Lampard.

And Lampard did not look overly pleased with the taunts as he watched his side fall to a crushing 5-0 loss.

Target confirms interest

Borna Sosa has handed Spurs a huge boost in their pursuit of the Croatian left-back ahead of the summer transfer window.

Spurs have been linked with the Stuttgart star, who has been likened to England legend David Beckham for his impressive crossing ability.

The defender has revealed he came "very, very close" to joining a Premier League team during the winter transfer window before his club blocked the move.

But he has now been told he can leave his current club if they are relegated to Germany's second tier at the end of the season.
