Although Tottenham supporters will be keen to see the club be active and decisive in the transfer market, in early June there is an unerring sense of calm around the north London outfit.
After transforming the team's fortunes since his appointment, there is complete faith in manager Antonio Conte. The Italian made two sound signings in January in Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski, meaning there's belief he can improve the team with new faces in the summer too.

Bergwijn sends Spurs message
Steven Bergwijn has said he wants to leave Tottenham in the summer window.
Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal has already encouraged the winger to join Ajax so he can get more game time. After a bright start to his life at Spurs, Bergwijn has found it tough to get regular minutes following the January arrival of Kulusevski.
The man himself has since been asked about his position and made it clear he wants a change of scenery ahead of next season.
"Have I talked to [Ajax coach] Alfred Schreuder about my future?" said Bergwijn. “I'm at Oranje now and then we'll have a look. It would be nice if there was clarity soon. I just have to go play, but I want to leave Spurs now, that's for sure.
"Whether it is important that my new club plays in the Champions League? That's not even top priority. Though it would be nice. What's important is that I'm going to play."

Sterling to bide time over future
Manchester City's Raheem Sterling is said to be considering letting the final year of his contract run down.
Tottenham are one of a number of clubs to have been linked with the England international, with Arsenal and Chelsea also said to be admirers.
Sterling has yet to agree fresh terms at the Etihad Stadium and his future would appear uncertain given he is no longer a surefire member of Pep Guardiola's starting XI. Should the player and club fail to come to an agreement, the forward could potentially move for free next summer.
