Tottenham Hotspur could be facing a serious blow with managing director Fabio Paratici facing a 16-month ban from football.
That is the punishment investigators in Italy are seeking for the Spurs chief as part of a capital gains fraud trial. It comes as Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has been tipped to replace Harry Kane with Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku should the England captain leave the club at the end of the season.
And Conte has implemented the same ban on Swedish winger Dejan Kulusevski as he did on Belgian striker Lukaku while they worked together at Serie A side Inter Milan.

Kulusevski ban
Dejan Kulusevski has been handed the same ban on certain foods that Romelu Lukaku had to deal with while working under Antonio Conte at Inter Milan.
Lukaku fired Inter to their first Serie A title in a decade, playing in inspired form under Conte at the San Siro. And his fine goalscoring return of 64 goals in 95 games during his time at the club was in no small part down to the strict regime Conte put him on as he banned the striker from eating weets and sugary drinks.
And Conte appears to be working his magic once again as he's giving Kulusevski the same treatment as Lukaku had.
Transfer blow
Tottenham managing director Fabio Paratici is one of a number of individuals named in relation to a capital gains fraud trial in Italy.
Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli, the club's vice chairman Pavel Nedved, and individuals associated with 10 other clubs including Napoli, Sampdoria, Empoli and Genoa could also face bans if found guilty. Those facing trial stand accused of inflating transfer fees, with a number of instances forming the prosecution's case. The trial began on Tuesday, and will continue later in the week, with prosecutors also seeking a fine of €800,000 (£667,000) for Juventus.
Lukaku tipped to replace Kane
Former Spurs striker Darren Bent has tipped Antonio Conte to replace Harry Kane with Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku should the England captain move clubs this summer.
Kane has been linked with Manchester United, while a move to Man City fell through last year with Daniel Levy refusing to lower his demands for his talismanic forward. And accoring to Bent, Conte is likely to want a reunion with Lukaku should Kane leave having worked with the Belgium international at Inter Milan.
Lukaku has struggled since his return to Stamford Bridge last summer and reports have suggested he could also be on the move at the end of the season.
