Tottenham news: Paratici plans surprise free transfer as Spurs given injury boost for Leicester

Spurs plan superb transfer swoop

According to FcInterNews, Inter Milan plan to meet with Milan Skriniar's entourage at the end of the month to discuss a contract renewal. His current contract expires in less than a year.

However, the report adds that if the centre-back and Inter fail to reach an agreement on a contract extension and he remains in Milan after January, Fabio Paratici will try to negotiate a deal for the established star.

Planned rail strikes on day of NLD

Train drivers at 12 rail companies are due to strike on two days at the start of October, one of those being October 1 - the date of the first North London Derby of the season.

As per Inews.co.uk, the strikes will take place on October 1st and 5th as part of the ongoing dispute over pay. Major rail strikes initially planned for the 15th, and 17th of September were cancelled following the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II as a mark of respect.
