Here is your Tottenham Hotspur morning digest on Friday, November 11.
Dier and Kane going to World Cup
England captain Harry Kane is set to be joined at the Qatar 2022 World Cup by his Spurs team-mate Eric Dier after the pair were announced as part of Gareth Southgate's 26-man squad on Thursday.
There was never any doubt at all regarding Kane's involvement, but there was a possibility Dier would be left at Hotspur Way over the six-week break after entering a run of poor form with Spurs.
However, Southgate chose to keep the faith in Dier, who he recalled to the squad in September after an absence of over two years. The England manager's reasoning was outlined after the squad reveal, saying, "the young ones (Marc Guehi and Fikayo Tomori) have done quite enough to push the older ones out."
Reports indicated Ryan Sessegnon was part of Southgate's 55-man provisional squad due to the injuries in the left back position, but he was not included in the final squad.

Yves Bissouma improvements highlighted
After a challenging start to life at Tottenham following his summer move from Brighton, Yves Bissouma seems to have began to settle into the role Antonio Conte demands from him.
Bissouma has put in superb recent displays against Marseille in the Champions League and in the Premier League defeat to Liverpool on Sunday, where he was arguably Spurs' best player.
A recent stat from @OptaAnalyst on Twitter has emerged indicating the impact Bissouma has had when it comes to winning back possession high up the pitch for Spurs, and it is quite the compliment to the Malian international.
Despite having played half of the minutes of most names on the list, Bissouma sits at the top, with Rodrigo Bentancur not too far behind.
Richarlison reignites Jamie Carragher feud
Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison has reignited his feud with Jamie Carragher via a message on Instagram. It comes after the Brazilian was selected to represent his country at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The feud began when Richarlison took to Twitter after Everton guaranteed their Premier League status for another season with a dramatic 3-2 win over Crystal Palace last season.
