Here is your Tottenham Hotspur morning digest on Sunday November 13
Bentancur wins it again as Davies shines
After having scored his first Tottenham goal just a few months ago in the dominant win over Leicester, Rodrigo Bentancur has made quite a habit of scoring crucial goals for Spurs.
His composed strike against the Foxes put Spurs back in the lead in the second half and he has since scored four match-saving goals, including the equaliser against Sporting CP and a stoppage-time winner against Bournemouth.
With Spurs 3-2 down head into the final ten minutes. the Uruguayan scored twice in two minutes to snatch the points off Leeds.
Despite conceding three goals, Ben Davies on the left of the back three was tremendous notching another goal, while it was another difficult afternoon for Eric Dier and Emerson Royal.

Conte explains transfer plans
Two of the key players that fired Spurs to victory arrived in the January transfer window in the form of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski.
The latter has been out with a hamstring injury for nearly two months but his return against Liverpool last Sunday showed how much quality he has, while Bentancur has arguably been Spurs' player of the season thus far.
Football.london asked Antonio Conte after the match that their impact since their arrival shows how important it will be to getting January transfers right, here's what the Spurs boss had to say.
"You know very well that if you want to be competitive and if you want to be really considered a title contender, or considered a team to win a trophy, you need players with great quality. You see the example of Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea and these teams are really strong. Strong squad with a great quality," said Conte.
"For this reason, when I speak with you and I tell you that after only one year, don't forget that we were playing in the Conference League after we finished seventh, it means that you need a process. You need time.
"You need patience, you need the transfer market to improve the, squad, the quality of your squad. Today you have seen the difference to have Kulusevski and Richarlison rather than not."

Spurs to watch Sporting midfielder
The World Cup break will not only provide Conte with the opportunity to work closely with those not heading to Qatar, but also will allow Spurs to scout several top players with a possible view to signing them in January.
According to Portuguese outlet A Bola, that is exactly what Spurs will be doing, with Sporting midfielder Manuel Ugarte firmly on their watchlist.
Spurs have already been able to get a decent look at the 21-year-old with Sporting in the same Champions League group as the north London outfit and his impressive performances have seen him called up to the Uruguay squad for the World Cup in Qatar.
There is no guarantee over whether or not he will start for Uruguay as they are well-stocked up in midfield with Bentancur and Federico Valverde, but with his international team-mate in Bentancur at Spurs, he could convince the talented midfielder to make the move to England.
