Ben Davies returns to Tottenham
Tottenham defender Ben Davies has returned to Tottenham from his international camp with Wales, following their 2-1 win over Austria in a World Cup qualifying playoff match. The 28-year-old played the full match without any apparent issue.
The official Wales national team Twitter account confirmed that the left-back turned centre-back has left Robert Page’s squad, but didn’t note a reason as to why. Antonio Conte will certainly be hoping it’s not due to injury.
