Here is your Tottenham Hotspur morning digest on Sunday, September 18.
Player ratings from the Leicester City clash
Son Heung-min: It was fitting that he would enter the pitch to score the fourth goal, running on to Bentancur's pass and curling a glorious shot into the top right corner to open his account this season. It sparked a huge cheer from around the stadium. It would only get better, though, as he curled a left-footer superbly past Ward and then ran on to Hojbjerg's pass and stroked home another to make a hat-trick. What a way to make his point with a 14-minute hat-trick. 10
Rodrigo Bentancur: Plenty of sloppy moments in the first half but early in the second period won the ball back in midfield from Wilfred Ndidi, ran all the way through and stroked home his first goal for the club. Then set up Son for his second goal to complete a superb second half. 9
Ryan Sessegnon: Got down the left well early on but was beaten too easily down his flank by Castagne in the build-up to Leicester's second goal. Switched to the right after that before coming back to the left in the second half. Worked hard but didn't do quite enough in the final third. 6

What happened when the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium paid respects
This was about respect. You can be divided in your beliefs and views, and you can certainly be divided in what football team you support, but there were thousands inside Tottenham Hotspur looking to respect that moment at 5.25pm.
It was Tottenham's first home game since Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passed away nine days previously. The players came out six minutes before kick-off and went straight to the centre circle. Once there, ambassadors from both clubs, Ledley King for Tottenham and Emile Heskey for Leicester, laid floral wreaths on the pitch.
Then came the minute's silence which began with a few isolated early shouts, which were met with angry retorts with some choice language from others calling for respect. After that, it was well observed from those inside the ground before the silence was eventually ended with a nod to the new era of the British monarchy and that ever so slightly tweaked, yet so dramatically different feeling national anthem to accompany the reign of King Charles II.
Spurs defender on the sidelines
Tottenham defender Ben Davies is facing a short period on the sidelines after sustaining a hairline fracture to the bone just underneath his knee. Recalled to the starting XI on Tuesday in the Champions League at Sporting CP and playing the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 defeat, the Welshman is not part of the Spurs squad for Saturday's Premier League match against Leicester City.
Davies did go to ground with a knock midway through the first half in Lisbon but managed to play on with the problem for the rest of the game after receiving treatment for a couple of minutes. However, the injury will now keep him out of action for the next three weeks.
As a result, the 29-year-old will miss out on Wales' UEFA Nations League matches against Belgium and Poland next week. football.london understands that Tottenham have withdrawn their player from international duty, but the Welsh FA have yet to confirm that the ex-Swansea City man will be absent for their two fixtures
