Conte on Lucas injury
Antonio Conte admits he is worried about Lucas Moura's injury as football.london understands the Brazilian suffered a new setback this week after returning to training for Tottenham Hotspur.
The 30-year-old has not featured for Spurs since August having suffered inflammation in his tendon. Conte has been without the experienced winger in the Premier League and Champions League ever since.
Lucas has had good and bad days with the pain, but was on the way back and had trained most of this week after seeming to have recovered during the international break. However, in training ahead of the North London Derby, football.london understand that he suffered a setback on the pitches at Spurs' Hotspur Way training complex.
The Brazilian has since been unable to train and Conte is concerned over when he might be available for selection again.

Conte on the use of VAR in England
Speaking to footall.london, Conte explained the difference between how the Premier League and Serie A use VAR. The Italian said: "Honestly, I don't know what happens later, but in England I have to be honest, it is very difficult because there isn't the same line.
"Sometimes you see a situation that could be a red card instead is a yellow card or no yellow card, sometimes you see a situation that is a yellow card and you see a red card. They have to work a lot about this. In Italy, they go on Thursday and stay together for three days to work together, to look at the video and try and improve.
"I don't know if they do that in this country but it would be a good idea because the level is so high and we need the level of the referee and VAR the same. The Premier League is a really high level and for this reason every part of this situation has to be top."
Player ratings as Emerson disappoints
Here are a few of Alasdair Gold's Spurs player ratings from the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium.
Emerson Royal (3): Same as usual from the Brazilian to begin with, solid defending and nothing going forward. Then he got sent off for the most needless of tackles in the Arsenal half, raking his studs down Martinelli's ankle. It seemed slightly harsh for a straight red but he loses a couple of points because it was the most unnecessary of challenges and left Spurs in all kinds of trouble.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (5): Worked hard and fired a shot over the crossbar in the second. It was a tough job in the centre of the pitch against Arsenal's extra man and even more so after the red card.
Harry Kane (?): A relatively quiet start before firing the penalty down the middle by the half hour mark to make it 14 goals in 18 North London Derby appearances. Sent a header at Ramsdale a few minutes later. Did little else of note in the second half.
