The duo both missed Spurs’ 4-0 hammering of Man City at the weekend. Radu Dragusin and Ben Davies are both expected to deputise again after keeping a clean sheet at the Etihad.
What Ange Postecoglou Said On Tottenham’s Injuries
Postecoglou confirmed that talented youngster Mikey Moore would also miss the European tie.
“Cuti is getting better,” Postecoglou said. “He’s a lot closer. We’re hoping he’ll be out there training with the group with a bit of luck by the back end of this week, if not, definitely next week.
“Mikey’s the other one, and we’re still taking it slowly with him. “It’s still probably a couple of weeks before he’ll be ready to get properly back into it.
“Micky’s on course, working hard, training. It’s day by day with him, we have to make sure he ticks off all the boxes before he gets integrated into the squad.”
Tottenham Also Without Guglielmo Vicario, Wilson Odobert And Richarlison
The trio have joined Guglielmo Vicario, Wilson Odobert and Richarlison on the sidelines. Will Lankshear will also miss the clash due to suspension.
The latest Tottenham injury news will be a blow but Spurs are still sitting pretty in the Europa League table.
Winning three of their first four football games, the Premier League side are just three points off leaders Lazio.
