Tottenham increasingly confident Antonio Conte will stay as Fabio Paratici flies out for talks with manager

Antonio Conte will meet Tottenham's managing director Fabio Paratici for talks in Turin on Friday, amid increasing confidence the head coach will remain in charge next season.

Conte has repeatedly refused to guarantee he will remain in post next season, despite having a year still to run on his contract, but the club is believe he is committed to the project.

The 52-year-old has been on holiday with his family in Italy since Spurs clinched a return to the Champions League against Norwich on Sunday and Paratici has flown out to Turin to meet him in the city where the pair worked together at Juventus.

They are preparing to discuss the summer transfer window ahead, with Conte having publicly demanded Spurs spend "big money" on "important players". The club has been boosted by a £150milllion injection from owners ENIC this week.

Conte has been living out of a hotel since joining Spurs in early November, with his wife and teenage daughter remaining in Italy, but he is thought to be enjoying life in north London and happy with the club's plans.

Conte and Paratici are expected to discuss incomings, with Conte thought to want at least six new players, as well as outgoings, with a number of squad players waiting to discover their fates.
