Tottenham may look to dip into the January transfer market to reinforce Antonio Conte's squad as they challenge for a top four spot and in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage.
Conte has made it clear that he would like to add further signings to his squad mid-season to aid their top four and Champions League challenges. Spurs were one of the busiest Premier League sides over the summer transfer window, completing deals for the likes of Richarlison, Yves Bissouma and Ivan Perisic.
The Lilywhites proved they can sign talented players in January that make an impact on the first team, shown by the arrivals of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski earlier this year. Both players have improved Spurs significantly and Conte may look to raid his former side Juventus once again.

According to CBS Sports Golazo reporter Ben Jacobs, Spurs are seriously considering completing a January swoop for Juve and USMNT star Weston McKennie. Tottenham's north London rivals Arsenal have also been linked with a £26million move for McKennie, but Spurs could look to beat them to a deal.
According to Calciomercato, the Lilywhites are keen on signing the Juventus midfielder and The Old Lady could look to sell the USA star for a fee of around €25-30million (£21.5-26million) in the new year. Multiple Premier League clubs have already sent scouts to watch him play for Juventus, but negotiations over a deal are yet to be anywhere near being completed.
The Serie A outfit are keen to make Leandro Paredes' loan move from Paris Saint-Germain permanent and need to raise funds to do so, meaning it is unlikely they will accept a player-swap deal, as per Calciomercato.
Spurs could look to repeat their successful swoop on Juventus earlier this year by securing a deal for McKennie, who has impressed against England and Wales at the World Cup.
