Tottenham confirmed team vs West Ham: Antonio Conte puts faith in strong starting XI

Antonio Conte has stuck with a winning Tottenham team for the visit of West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday. The two London rivals face off at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium both looking to keep their top four hopes alive.

Spurs enter the game off a comfortable 2-0 win against Brighton on Wednesday night, while the Hammers progressed to the Europa League quarter-finals with an extra-time victory against Sevilla the following evening.

Conte has named an unchanged side to face David Moyes' team with Oliver Skipp still out but making progress and Ryan Sessegnon out for another four weeks at least, while Japhet Tanganga is now out until next season as he has knee surgery.
