Antonio Conte has made three changes to his Tottenham Hotspur team as they take on Frank Lampard's Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.
Conte must balance his players' fitness for both the home game against the Toffees with Spurs' trip to Old Trafford on Wednesday. The Italian needs to make some changes with just two days between the 3-2 Champions League win against Frankfurt and the visit of Lampard's side.
Ben Davies comes in for Clement Lenglet alongside Cristian Romero and Eric Dier. Conte admitted to football.london on Friday that it is difficult to rest Dier because his role is so specific.

Emerson Royal's suspension means Matt Doherty gets another chance to impress on the right while Ivan Perisic comes in on the left to give Ryan Sessegnon a turn on the bench after back-to-back starts.
The Spurs boss has decided against bringing in Yves Bissouma to make a midfield three alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur and sticks with the 3-4-3.
Dejan Kulusevski is not available after a setback in training on Thursday after recovering from his hamstring injury, while Lucas Moura is on the bench again. Conte initially mentioned that Richarlison had a little knee problem against Frankfurt but the Brazilian is fine to start against his old team.
Here is the team Conte has chosen:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Lenglet, Sanchez, Spence, Sessegnon, Skipp, Bissouma, Lucas, Gil.
