Brazen Liz Truss is set to launch a new worldwide economic task force this week - despite her disastrous spell in No10 causing misery for millions.
The flash-in-a-pan former PM will head a new Growth Commission, made of economists from around the globe.
Ms Truss, whose 49-day premiership sent markets into chaos and unleashed rocketing mortgage bills, wants to address a "stagnation loop" facing the West.
During her time in the top job she rallied against an "anti-growth coalition" - which appeared to include Rishi Sunak, who has since picked up her mess.
The new commission will be chaired by economist and deputy chair of the Centre for Economics and Business Research Douglas McWilliams.
He told The Telegraph: “Growth is a long-term issue, which requires a fundamental reset in current short-term thinking.
“Without that change in conversation we are stuck in a stagnation loop. This commission will look to challenge the current conversation.”
The new commission will reportedly launch on July 12.
It currently has a single-page website, with the words: "Coming Soon."
Shanker Singham, international trade policy expert whose proposals in the years after the EU referendum saw him dubbed the "Brexiteers' brain", will also join the new body.
Ms Truss has refused to sink quietly into the background, delivering speeches calling for a harder line on China and continuing to rally against high taxes.
Last month she lashed out at the Daily Star's experiment to dress up an iceberg lettuce in a blonde wig and see whether it lasted longer than she did in No10, calling it "puerile".
In February she reeled off a lengthy list of people to blame for the damage her unfunded tax cuts did to the economy.
In an epic 4,000 word diatribe for The Telegraph she complained she was never given a "realistic chance" to implement her wild, uncosted tax-cutting rampage because a "powerful economic establishment" got in the way.
