A Tory MP was caught watching porn on his phone while sitting close to a female minister in the House of Commons.
The frontbencher was reportedly watching the X-rated video in the last few months, according to the Mirror.
It has been reported the minister told fellow Conservative Party MPs about the incident in the Chamber during a meeting in Westminster last night.
Around a dozen women MPs were at the meeting where they shared accounts of alleged sexism and harassment by their colleagues.
An investigation has now been launched by Conservative chief whip Chris Heaton-Harris over the reports.
A statement from the Conservative whips office said: "The chief whip is looking into this matter.
"This behaviour is wholly unacceptable and action will be taken."
It comes after three Cabinet ministers are among 56 MPs facing allegations of sexual misconduct after being reported to Parliament's Independent Complaints and Grievance scheme.
On Monday, the deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner said she was "overwhelmed" by the support after anonymous Tory MPs accused her of deliberately trying to distract Prime Minister Boris Johnson by crossing and uncrossing her legs in the House of Commons.
Politicians from all sides of the political spectrum came to the Labour MPs defence following the misogynistic article in the Mail on Sunday.
The Mirror reported that the meeting last night between 40 and 50 Tory MPs was attended by Chris Heaton-Harris, Tory party chair Oliver Dowden and House of Commons leader Mark Spencer.
Some male colleagues also attended, including one former minister who sources said asked the party bosses whether any Tory MPs found guilty by the Parliamentary probe.
'Face like thunder'
According to sources in the room the former Prime Minister Theresa May, who was present for some of the MPs' testimony, looked on “with a face like thunder”.
One MP told the Mirror: “It was like a blood-letting. Everybody was sharing awful stories of what had happened to them in the Commons at the hands of male MPs.
"[The chief whip] clearly hadn’t been expecting it and looked knocked for six. But the big question is what happens next”.
Another added: "They were genuinely shocked and horrified. They must realise that there are serious issues they need to address".
