Authorities in Toronto, Canada, have launched a hate crime investigation following an incident where shots were fired into the window of a Jewish girls’ elementary school. This marks the second time this year that the Bais Chaya Mushka Girls Elementary School has been targeted by gunfire.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism, when the school was closed for the Jewish High Holidays. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as the building was empty at the time of the shooting.
