A devastating tornado wreaked havoc in Livonia, Michigan, claiming the life of a 2-year-old boy and critically injuring his mother. The tragic incident occurred when a massive tree uprooted and crashed through the roof of their home, landing on the bed where the mother and child were sleeping. Despite the heroic efforts of emergency crews who worked tirelessly to rescue them, the toddler was pronounced dead at the scene, while his mother was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. Fortunately, the infant sibling, who was in a separate room, emerged unscathed but was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
