The Bill passed in the Senate, meaning the referendum will go ahead, with the public gallery erupting with applause when it passed.

The ‘partygate’ scandal was the reason then-MP Boris Johnson stepped down as prime minister. Those in attendance at this party included two MPs who made it on Mr Johnson’s resignation honours list, the Mirror reported.
Fire in Paris
The streets of Paris were covered in smoke following an explosion that led to a huge fire, and at least 37 people being injured.
Eerie footage taken when the fire was active was shared to social media, the air thick with smoke, while one person is seen running away from the blaze.
