As a Race Engineer you will be leading and organising the running of one of their race cars including implementing the best race strategy. You will have experience in F3 racing and a Masters/Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
As a Race Mechanic you will be responsible to the upkeep and maintenance of one of the team’s racing cars as well as assisting with the garage set up and break down at each event. Experience within F3 or other single-seater formulas is advantageous.
