This predominantly factory-based role will see you provide support for trackside events including all Formula 1 races and some test events by supporting Strategists in the definition, execution and analysis of race strategy.
Candidates will have experience of data analysis, numerical and statistical methodologies and their applications and one-two years’ experience within a Formula 1/high-level motorsport environment.

You will be responsible for one of the team’s race cars at the event where you will be overseeing vehicle set-up, run plan optimisation and direct interaction with the driver.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years previous race engineering experience in FE/F1/WEC and a Master’s degree in mechanical, automotive related engineering discipline.

Aspects of this role include acting as a key liaison between media and the FIA F1 Sporting and Technical Team, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and media representatives and manage media accreditations for the FIA Formula One World Championship.
You will have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a sporting environment.

5. Stake F1 Team - Vehicle Modelling Internship - Hinwil
Stake F1 Team has the opportunity for a Vehicle Modelling Internship.
This six month internship starting in March 2025 will see you develop the hybrid multiphysics/data-driven models of the team’s digital twin (e.g. tyres, suspension, powertrain, and aerodynamics).
You will be a Master’s or PhD student in Engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Robotics, Systems, Control), Physics or related field.
