Christmas and cocktails go hand in hand thanks to a new festive set up now available for Café en Seine diners.
The Dawson Street restaurant and late bar has paired up with Fever-Tree, Ireland’s premier mixing brand, to introduce “The Fever Tree Winter Forest” for the month of November. The area is brightly decorated with Christmas décor and offers customers the opportunity to try out unique cocktails at lunch or brunch within a festive atmosphere.
The area will have Christmas foliage and interiors on offer ahead of the busy festive season. Additionally, there will be a range of cocktails available for all tastes, including festive tipples such as The Ginger Mule and Strawberry and Ginger Spritz. Alternatively, people with a more adventurous palette can try out options such as the Spiced Mexican Lime Highball or the Peach and Blood Orange Caprioska, a Brazilian vodka based drink.

The opening times for Fever Tree Winter Forest are as follows:
Lunch Served:
- Monday to Wednesday: 11:30am to 2:45pm
- Thursday & Friday: 11:30am to 2:15pm
Brunch Served:
- Saturday: 11:30am to 2:15pm
- Sunday: 11:30am to 3:45pm
