Motherwell Concert Hall welcomes two great comedians this Autumn for two nights of comedy gold with Al Murray and Dave Gorman.
Pull up a bar stool as the Pub Landlord returns to Motherwell Concert Hall on Friday, October 14, for his latest lock in.
Al Murray, affectionately known as the ‘Pub Landlord’, is hitting the road with his brand-new show, Gig for Victory, visiting theatres up and down the country.
Steeped in the deep and ancient barroom wisdom of countless lock ins, the Pub Landlord is there to show audiences the way - answering the questions on everyone’s minds.
Up next, it’s Dave Gorman on Thursday 20 October. The man behind Dave TV’s hit show, Modern Life Is Goodish, as well as Are You Dave Gorman?, is back on the road with a brand-new live show, Powerpoint to The People.
The ‘high priest of the comedy Powerpoint talk’ (The Times) is touring again – as much as anything to demonstrate that a Powerpoint presentation doesn’t have to involve a man in a grey suit standing behind a lectern and saying, ‘next slide please’.
For tickets and to find out more about what’s coming up in October, call the box office on 01698 274545 or visit culturenl.co.uk
