After a season of near-constant pressure on quarterback Shedeur Sanders, the Colorado Buffaloes have taken a much-needed step toward shoring up their offensive line.
Colorado has signed five-star offensive tackle Jordan Seaton, according to a Friday afternoon post from one of the nation’s best outstanding recruits.
“It’s official!” Seaton posted to X (formerly Twitter) along with a buffalo emoji.

Seaton—an IMG Academy product—gave the Buffaloes his verbal commitment on Dec. 7, but his destination gradually became the subject of considerable speculation in the recruiting industry. The Maryland Terrapins were viewed as another contender for his services.
Colorado is coming off an up-and-down first year under coach Deion Sanders. The Buffaloes started 3–0 and achieved unprecedented cultural crossover, but won just one of their final nine games as injuries took their toll.
In 2024, Colorado will return to its old home in the Big 12. The Buffaloes are scheduled to open Sanders’s second season on Aug. 31 against the North Dakota State Bison.
