Those who are expecting a bundle of joy in 2023 may be finding themselves searching for inspiration in order to choose the perfect name. Google Trends data revealed that searches for 'top baby names 2023' have increased by over 350% over the past few months.
Research conducted by Online Casinos and psychic expert Inbaal Honigman found the baby names considered to be the luckiest. In first place is the boys name Rafael, which is held by over 3.1m people worldwide. Rafael has biblical connotations and is the name of the angel of healing.

Victoria is in second place, making it the most desirable lucky girls name. Victoria can mean 'victory' in English and descends from a Goddess of Roman mythology. Additionally, various famous and notable figures have been called Victoria, including Queen Victoria and Victoria Beckham.
In third place is the name Lakshmi, which is the name of a Hindu goddess. Over 2.5m people worldwide are called Lakshmi, who was a goddess of abundance and good fortune.
