Jude Bellingham enjoyed a smashing debut season for Real Madrid. The Englishman, who cost Madrid a whopping £88 million in July 2023, ended the 2023-24 campaign with a career-best tally of 23 goals and 13 assists in 42 games across competitions. His performances proved crucial as Real Madrid went on to win the UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and the Supercopa de Espana.
With Kylian Mbappe joining the attack in July 2024, Bellingham has had to assume a deeper role in midfield this season. As a result, he failed to find the back of the net in the first 11 games in all competitions, allowing critics to take a swipe at him. He, however, has turned things around in the last three weeks, so much so that he now has one of the best goalscoring streaks of the season. Continue reading to check out where he ranks as we explore the top 10 players with the best scoring streaks of the 2024-25 season.
Note: This list only features players from the top five European leagues.
#10 Harry Kane (Bayern Munich): 4 Games
Bayern Munich talisman Harry Kane kicks off the list, having scored nine goals in four consecutive matches between 1st September and 21st September. The former Tottenham Hotspur frontman scored five goals in three Bundesliga matches and four times in Bayern’s historic 9-2 routing of Dinamo Zagreb on Matchday 1 of the 2024-25 UEFA Champions League season. Needless to say, Kane’s haul against Zagreb was the best of the lot.
The 31-year-old, who won the European Golden Shoe last season, has been on song all season, scoring 20 goals and providing nine assists in 19 games across competitions.
#9 Erling Haaland (Manchester City): 4 Games
Manchester City goal machine Erling Haaland got off to a blistering start to the 2024-25 season, scoring nine goals in four consecutive matches between 18th August and 14th September. All nine of his strikes came in the Premier League. He scored two consecutive hat-tricks in that period, helping Man City beat Ipswich Town 4-1 and West Ham United 3-1 on Matchday 2 and 3, respectively.
Manchester City are going through an unprecedented rough patch since November, and Haaland has not been able to lead the team by example. He has scored only four times in 10 games over the last one-and-a-half months as City have lost seven games, drawn two, and won one. Overall, Haaland has scored 18 goals in 23 games for the Cityzens this term.
#8 Keito Nakamura (Stade Reims): 5 Games
Stade Reims forward Keito Nakamura has secured the eighth position, having scored five goals in as many games between 15th September and 20th October. The 24-year-old Japanese left-winger scored all of his goals in Ligue 1. Although his strike against FC Nantes secured more points for Stade Reims (2-1 win), Nakamura would probably keep his point-salvaging goal against Paris Saint-Germain (1-1 draw) above it.
Nakamura has taken part in 15 games for Stade Reims this season, scoring six goals and claiming an assist.
#7 Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid): 5 Games*
The only player on this list with an ongoing scoring streak, Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has scored five goals in his last five games across competitions. Since 1st December, the English superstar has scored four goals in as many La Liga matches, and once in the UEFA Champions League. Bellingham’s strike against Atalanta on 10th December proved to be most crucial, as it allowed Los Blancos to clinch a narrow 3-2 win away from home.
Bellingham has played 20 games for the 15-time European champions in all competitions this term, scoring seven goals and providing six assists.
#6 Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid): 5 Games
Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe enjoyed a rapid start to life in the Spanish capital, scoring six goals in five consecutive matches between 1st September and 24th September. The Frenchman scored five goals in four outings in La Liga and one in the UEFA Champions League. Mbappe’s most impressive outing in that period came against Real Betis on 1st September. He scored an excellent brace to seal a 2-0 win for the All-Whites.
Mbappe’s numbers have been more than decent, but he is still nowhere close to his best. He has played 22 games for Los Merengues since the start of the season, scoring 12 times and providing two assists.
#5 Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid): 5 Games
In fifth place, we have Atletico Madrid frontman Antoine Griezmann. The Frenchman found the back of the net in five consecutive matches between 23rd November and 11th December, scoring seven goals. Griezmann scored four goals in three La Liga matches and three more in two UEFA Champions League outings. His best showing of the lot came against Sevilla on 8th December, as he chipped in with a brace to lead Los Rojiblancos to a 4-3 victory.
The French forward has showcased both this goalscoring ability and creative prowess this season, contributing with 11 goals and six assists in 24 outings.
#4 Moise Kean (Fiorentina): 5 Games
Italy international Moise Kean went on a blinder between 27th October and 4th December, scoring eight goals in just five games in all competitions. He scored seven goals in four Serie A matches and once in the Coppa Italia. Kean’s finest showing came in Fiorentina’s Serie A clash with Hellas Verona on 10th November. He scored a hat-trick to help his team to a 3-1 victory.
Kean, 24, has been in excellent form for La Viola. Playing 19 games in all competitions, he has scored 13 times and provided an assist.
#3 Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona): 5 Games
One of the finest strikers of the 21st century, Barcelona ace Robert Lewandowski scored a whopping 10 goals in just five matches between 1st October and 26th October. The Polish center-forward scored seven goals in three La Liga matches and added three more in two UEFA Champions League outings. He was at his explosive best in the La Liga clash with Deportivo Alaves on October 6th. Lewandowski scored a hat-trick as the Blaugrana sealed a 3-0 win over Alaves.
Lewandowski has been in rapid form for the Catalan giants in the 2024-25 season. He has scored 23 goals and provided two assists in 23 games across competitions, emerging as the leading scorer in both La Liga (16 goals) and the Champions League (7 goals).
#2 Brennan Johnson (Tottenham Hotspur): 6 Games
By scoring six goals in six consecutive matches between 18th September and 8th October, Tottenham Hotspur right-winger Brennan Johnson has clinched the second spot in the rankings. The 23-year-old scored three goals in the Premier League, two in the UEFA Europa League, and one in the EFL Cup. His most notable performance came against Manchester United on 29th September, as his strike helped Spurs to an emphatic 3-0 victory over the Red Devils.
Johnson has fared quite well for the Lilywhites in 2024-25. Playing 24 games in all competitions, he has scored 10 times and provided two assists.

At the summit sits Villarreal center-forward Ayoze Perez, having scored nine goals in six games across competitions between 31st August and 29th October. Six of his goals came in five La Liga games and the remaining three — a hat-trick — arrived in Villarreal’s 6-1 victory over UD Poblense in the First Round of Copa del Rey.
