Tony Bellew was escorted out of the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson press conference after mockingly offering Paul a fight with an elderly man.
Tony Bellew Kicked Out Of Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson Press Conference
The former world champion crashed the press conference to offer Jake Paul a fight with a pensioner, as Bellew is working alongside Paddy Power to find Paul’s next opponent.
This comes as many fans have questioned the YouTube star for fighting opponents that are far older than he is, as Paul has fought an ageing Anderson Silva and now a 58-year-old Mike Tyson.
Midway through the press conference, which also involved fighters from each match on the card including the highlight anticipated rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, Bellew took the mic to ask a question.
Bellew said: “Doesn’t matter what the question is. Jake Paul, the biggest clown within boxing. If Mike lets you survive on Saturday night, then I’ve got your next opponent here, Jake.”
Next to Bellew appeared an elderly gentleman in the all-green of Paddy Power, who began to shadow box next to the former world Champion.

Ariel Helwani, the journalist who was leading the press conference, asked if that was Tony Bellew or Darren Till and the UK boxing legend replied.
He said: “It is Tony Bellew. Ariel, if Mike lets him survive on Saturday night, I’ve got a great grandfather, not a grandfather. This guy’s got two hips, two new hips. So this guy is ready for him.
“He’s 107, he’s a great-grandfather. He’s gonna give you the chance, I promise you. Come on, Jake, give this fella a chance.”
Security then attempted to take away the microphone from Bellew, before removing the former world champion from the event completely.
Bellew and Paddy Power revealed their partnership on November 12th, posting a promo video that showed Bellew looking for Jake Paul’s next opponent.
In a recent interview with Best Offshore Sportsbooks, Bellew gave his thoughts on the Paul vs Tyson match and he gave a scathing review on the YouTube star.
Bellew said: “Mike Tyson’s a granddad. He’s 58 years old. He’s closing in on 60 and he’s fighting a man who isn’t even half his age. The Disney boy is just attacking granddads now. It’s truly frightening.
“I mean, we might as well go to the retirements home and start getting out a few of them because. If Mike turns up and lands a right hand on him, he’s going to sleep.
“So who should he come back against? A 70 year old? If he wins, I mean, is he going to keep going like that with the age? Is he going to come down? Is he going to face a real boxer?”
