The Tony Awards are back, honouring the best onstage productions in the world of theatre.
British actress Jodie Comer has earned her first Tony Award nomination for her Broadway debut – Prima Facie.
The Killing Eve star, 30, is nominated for best performance by an actress in a leading role in a play for her role as Tessa in the one-person production by playwright Suzie Miller.
Lea Michele, the current star of Broadway’s revival of Funny Girl, along with 2022 Tony winner Myles Frost, who won for his portrayal of Michael Jackson in MJ, read the list of nominees during a live stream on the Tony Awards YouTube page.

How can I watch the Tony Awards?
This year’s 2023 Tony Awards, hosted by Ariana DeBose, will take place on 11 June.
The nominations are for productions staged on Broadway during the 2022-2023 season.
The 76th Annual Tony Awards will air live from the United Palace in New York City’s Washington Heights on Sunday, June 11.
It will stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.
The ceremony will be hosted by the Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose.
