Tommy Sheridan in epic Rangers rant as Celtic daft politician mocks skeleton named Bluenose Willie

Tommy Sheridan has never been shy in showing his colours be it in the line of politics or his football fanaticism.

The Celtic daft politician appeared on social media two months ago to launch a passion-filled defence of Hoops boss Neil Lennon after the Scottish champions were sent crashing out of the Champions League at the qualifying stage.

Now the former Scottish Socialist leader has returned with another heartfelt clip online.

This time the 55-year-old's epic rant involves another strong backing of Lennon - the man he insists will take them to a record 10 in a row.

But, bizarrely it also features a skeleton he dubs Bluenose Willie and who he ribs for Rangers fans' title claims.

Sheridan rants: "When people were calling for Neil Lennon to be sacked I felt it necessary to come on the camera and say 'get real! Lets get behind the manager, the guy deserves our respect and support because he is one of us'.

"He is a Celt through and through and I hope more people now are realising with the performances we have had on the park that Neil Lennon is the man not only to take us to nine but to take us to 10 - the Holy Grail of 10 in a row.

"Get behind the wee man. Neil Lennon is Celtic through and through. He knows what we go through when there is a bad performance, he was upset with the situation in Livingston and the loss of three points.

"But we are back on top of the league. Normal service is resumed. Some Rangers supporters are complaining 'why is the title not awarded in August, why do they have to wait until next May?'

"I have a few mates believe it or not who are Rangers supporters. I have one of them here with me today who has been waiting for Rangers to come.

"He has said it for years but I'm going to speak to him just noo - big Willie, big Bluenose - he says that Rangers are coming.

"Well there's still nae sign of it!"
