Tommy Fury vs Jake Paul undercard to feature second Fury brother as venue set

Tommy Fury is set to reschedule his clash with Jake Paul for Febraury - and the undercard will feature his brother Roman.

Roman will face MMA fighter Anthony Taylor on the card which is expected to take place in the Middle East, with Dubai and Saudi Arabia the frontrunners to host the card. Taylor, who is a former sparring partner of Paul, was in action last weekend as he went six rounds against Jack Fincham in an exhibition bout.

Fury and Paul have been scheduled to fight twice before, with Fury pulling out of their fight last August due to injury and their rescheduled bout in August due to visa issues. The Love Island star was banned from travelling to America for the fight's press conference and Paul signed to fight Hasim Rahman Jr at the event, but that fight also fell apart due to weight issues on Rahman's side.

Paul was finally able to book a fight this year as he faced UFC legend Anderson Silva last month, dropping the 47-year-old on the way to a unanimous decision win in arguably his toughest challenge to date. The win extended Paul's unbeaten record to six professional fights whilst Silva dropped to 3-2 with the loss.

Fury was scheduled to fight Paul Bamba on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather vs Deji this past weekend, but the fight was cancelled after Fury missed weight by almost seven pounds. The Brit remained on the card as he went the distance with Rolly Lambert, who took the fight in one hour's notice, in an uneventful exhibition. Fury and his father John clashed with Paul after the fight, calling for the American to get in the ring and face-off with Fury.

"My opponent pulled out hours before this fight and I had the b*****ks to get in the ring and fight this man on a few hours notice. There's a certain b**** at ringside who I want to get in the ring right now, he would never have the balls to get in the ring and fight a man of this calibre on short notice," Fury said of Paul.

Heavyweight champion Tyson was full of praise for brother Roman following his debut win against journeyman Ryan Hibbert as he told iD Boxing : "That was his first fight amateur or professional, he looked at home in there. Like a fish in the Atlantic ocean being let loose for the first time, I couldn't believe it. Very impressed. He busted all of his face up, I thought he did absolutely fantastic and I can't wait for his next fight."
