Tommy Fury's first big TV job since Love Island revealed after being branded 'dream man' by Molly-Mae Hague

Tommy Fury will be making a return to the small screen in his first big TV job since appearing on Love Island. The Manchester boxer has done numerous television interviews since 2019 when he made it to the final of the ITV2 dating show with his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.

However, the couple appears to have made a conscious decision not to go down the reality TV route any further with Tommy, 24, returning to boxing and Molly-Mae, 23, becoming the creative director of Pretty Little Thing.

There were rumours Tommy and Molly-Mae, who welcomed their first child, a daughter named Bambi, back in January, will make an appearance in the Netflix series following Tommy's boxing champ half-brother Tyson Fury, his wife Paris and their six children.

But it has been revealed that Tommy will also be going it alone - sort of - as he becomes a panellist on Loose Women for the first time. It has been confirmed that the show's spin-off - Loose Men - will be returning to screens later this month with Tommy one of the famous faces confirmed to be involved.

The special programme will air to mark Mental Health Awareness Week and will be anchored by BBC Radio 2 host Vernon Kay. Tommy and Vernon will be joined by The Chase’s Paul Sinha - who will also be making his Loose Men debut alongside Tommy - plus, Martin Kemp, to make up the star-studded panel.

During Tuesday's Loose Women (May 9) viewers heard Vernon announce the return of the show, which most recently won a Royal Television Society Award for Daytime Programming.

Within the promo for the special, hailed for leading the conversation and smashing taboos talking about men's mental and physical health, the Loose Men pledged to tackle the topics affecting men right now - with Tommy saying that they will "let their guards down", Martin Kemp promising to "break through the barricades" and Paul, also known as the Sinnerman, committing to "open up like never before".

Vernon closed the clip, saying: “Yes, we’ll be feeling the fear and doing it anyway - because when it comes to us lads, loose talk can save lives.” The special episode of Loose Men will air on Thursday, May 18, at 12.30pm on ITV1 & ITVX.

Tommy's TV news comes after he was branded the 'dream man' by Molly-Mae. The influencer spent the weekend showering her man with affection as he celebrated his 24th birthday. The new mum pulled out all the stops at their Cheshire home, starting with a display of love in the form of giant cubes, each holding pictures of the couple and love messages.

"We love you so much" read one cube, while another congratulated Tommy on his recent boxing win over Jake Paul by saying "Our champ!" Another cube, sweetly dedicated to Tommy's newest venture into fatherhood, read "Happy birthday daddy!" and another simply stated "Round 24".

They also spent some time at a driving range, which didn't go quite as well as the birthday boy may have hoped, before enjoying some lunch out and an overnight stay at Manchester's Hotel Gotham. Posting a video to Instagram, Tommy could be seen planting kisses on both his girlfriend and their daughter as the three-month-old was fed in bed.

Writing in the caption alongside the post, which was set to Keane's Somewhere Only We Know, Molly-Mae said: "Happy Birthday to my dream man. You have no idea how much I love you. Just us, forever and always baby!"
