Tommy Fury 's ex took a rather savage swipe at him as she gushed about finally knowing what true love feels like.
Millie Roberts, who dated the boxer before he found fame on Love Island and coupled up with Molly-Mae Hague , thanked her new boyfriend Dominic and her family and friends for helping her through a difficult time.
The stunning blonde says she began 2019 feeling depressed and "living a lie".
But as she looks forward to 2020, she's thankfully in a much better place and surrounded by love and support.
Posing up for a gorgeous picture with her beau, Millie looked blissfully happy as she detailed exactly how much he means to her.
She wrote: "2019, what a year it’s been. If someone had asked me what this year would be like at the beginning of the year I would have said the worst year of my life, but here I am.
"I have had the most eye awaking the year of my life, I have realised what is important, the impact of social media and what is real and isn’t and the importance of stability.
"This time last year I was depressed, on anti depressants and living a huge lie not only to myself but to everyone else around me. Now I have a solid relationship with my friends, all my family are healthy and happy, I myself are healthy and happy and I have the most incredible boyfriend; Dominic.
"Dominic has taught me what loving someone truly means. He has shown me when you love someone you don’t have to live your life by them and do what makes them happy.
"He allows me to grow as a person whilst growing in a relationship with him and we are as strong as ever. You bring out the best version of me and I will always be grateful for you.
"I have had the best year ever, I have been on a dream holiday with my best friend, met the love of my life, gone back to university, sorted out my mental health and found me again. I am so happy and I am so so incredibly proud of how far I have come. I could not have done this without my incredible support system.
"I hope 2020 is a happy, healthy and loving year. I love you family, I love you friends, I love you everyone on here who’s supported me and I love you Dom. Thank you x"
The influencer dated Tommy for around 10 months, with him saying things between them "fizzled out" almost a year before he headed into the villa.
But she said they were still together when he was approached by scouts for the show.
She said on social media: "He said that Love Island was something he had to do for his career and he did offer to stay with me.
"For me no amount of money or fame could ever replace love and happiness. You can have all the money in the world but that does not make you happy."
