Tommy Fury has joked that he will place a “no elbows” clause into his contract ahead of his proposed bout with KSI.
The head of Misfits Boxing stirred up controversy in his most recent fight with Joe Fournier. Initially recorded as a KO win for KSI, it was later overturned and scored a no contest due to an accidental elbow from the YouTuber.
In the immediate aftermath of the contest with Fournier, KSI faced off with Fury in the ring, suggesting that the Love Island star would be his next opponent. Fury, 24, had previously said he would be moving away from fighting YouTubers after defeating Jake Paul earlier this year but ‘TNT’ has since backtracked, claiming he wants to end this era of influence boxing..

"What's funny about this is KSI is going to be talking and talking like Jake [Paul] did in the build-up to it, but the same thing is going to happen," Fury said on his YouTube channel. "Actually no, not the same thing. He's going to be on the floor because Jake Paul is a little bit more reserved, but this KSI is just gung-ho, wild with no head movement. You can't do against a top fighter and I'll put it in the contract, no elbows.
"It's going to be nice just shutting up these people who have been rambling on for years about being fighters. Being about it, but they've never fought one person that can actually fight. I think (influencer boxing) will never die because they will just fight different people and other YouTubers. Them fighting professional boxers, that will end."
KSI has yet to taste defeat across his seven boxing bouts at all levels (5-0-1 1NC), while Fury moved to a 9-0 pro record with his split decision win over Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia.
