Ireland Am host and former Irish rugby star Tommy Bowe joked that he got himself in trouble with his wife Lucy Whitehouse during a TV appearance last night.
The former Ulster winger briefly struggled to remember how long ago he and Lucy had gotten married and mentioned that his house was very messy, RSVP reports.
Speaking to Angela Scanlon on her talk show Ask Me Anything alongside fellow guests, influencer Pippa O'Connor and actor James Nesbitt, he said: "I always look at Pippa’s stories and I wonder, how does she do it?

"She’s got three kids and her house is immaculate. And then I look at our house…"
He paused before adding: "I shouldn’t say that, I’m going to get in trouble!"
The audience laughed as James Nesbitt said: "You're already in trouble, Tommy. Quite a long time ago actually. In part two of this show."
Tommy also opened up about his marriage to former Miss Wales Lucy, with whom he shares two young kids, Jamie and Emma.
"I played over in Swansea, went over there for four years. Met my wife, dragged her back to Ireland, kicking and screaming," he said.
“I’m not sure you can say that anymore," quipped James, before Tommy quickly covered "She loves it!"
Tommy also briefly struggled to calculate how long he had been married, and said his wedding date was "June 13th...I think!" as the audience gasped and laughed.
Speaking about how his family life is affected by his job on morning TV, he said: "It's a bit of a shock to the system. The alarm goes at 4.05am.
"It's weird because I've got a young family, I've a two-year-old and a five-year-old. I actually had to drag my daughter home from a party, not because she had to go to bed but because I had to go to bed.
And it's really embarrassing because she's having the best time of her life and I have to say, 'Emma, I'm really sorry, we have to go'.
"It's so sad and I have to put it all on her but realistically she gets home and watches YouTube and I go to bed."
