Tom Parker 's widow Kelsey has unveiled a new plaque in memory of her husband along with a sweet tribute.
The singer tragically died aged 33 in March following a brave battle with brain cancer.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Kelsey shared with her followers that she has mounted a plaque to a family bench, which was originally put in woods as a tribute to her late Uncle Neil who also died of cancer aged just 35, 16 years ago.
Kelsey, who is mum to Tom's two children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, 20 months, went with her mum, grandparents and other family members to put the sweet message on the bench.
The new plaque says: "Thomas Anthony Parker - Loving Husband, Son & Father Forever In Our Hearts 04.08.88 - 30.03.22".

Kelsey filmed herself sitting on the bench with the song Bob Marley's Three Little Birds playing over the top of it.
Alongside the post she wrote: "One thing that did go well today is that we finally got Tom's plaque on our family bench.
"We created this place for my Uncle Neil who sadly died 16 years ago today, also to cancer (F you cancer!) at the age of 35.
"We have loved coming here to remember him, honour him, think about our precious memories with him so making this Tom's space too just felt so right. To have somewhere that me and our kids can come to for Tom means the world and I wanted to share it with all of you #positiveparkers #3littlebirds."
Tom died from stage four glioblastoma brain cancer at the age of just 33 on March 30 after being diagnosed with the illness in October 2020.
During this time and afterwards, Kelsey has worked to raise awareness of the illness and to keep Tom's memory alive.
Kelsey recently celebrated her daughter's third birthday, which is the first one since Tom passed away.
Aurelia Rose turned three on Thursday (June 30) and Kelsey shared a video with fans to wish her daughter a happy birthday and to reflect on the months since Tom's tragic death.
Alongside a post, Kelsey wrote: "Well my babygirl is 3 and it's been 3 months since we lost Tom - two big milestones.
"3 years with our amazing Rae has absolutely flown by but I can't remember life without her here. 3 months without Tom has felt like a lifetime but yet it feels like only yesterday he was here with me.
"Life is cruel and amazing, hard, yet magical and everything inbetween. Happy Birthday babygirl, may all your wishes comes true."
Kelsey hosted a Disney themed party for her daughter's birthday.
An array of Disney princesses were there for the celebrations which included Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel.
Everyone who attended also enjoyed singing along to their favourite Disney songs with the characters.
Some famous faces were among the invite list at the party as former EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton attended with her own daughter Aura Olivia.
