Tom Parker's wife Kelsey and two kids he leaves behind who supported him in final weeks

Tom Parker's devoted wife Kelsey supported him to the very end, as it was reported The Wanted star died surrounded by his loved ones.

The doting dad was sadly diagnosed with the illness in October 2020 and was undergoing treatment up until his sudden death.

Tom's wife Kelsey is heartbroken the singer has gone - and will now be a single parent to their daughter Aurelia and son Bodhi.

The star's cancer battle brought him and his family closer together, as they made the most of every moment they had.

Actress and vlogger Kelsey married Tom in 2018. The couple tied the knot in the grounds of Ridge Farm in Surrey.

The TV star - who is good friends with Pixie Lott - is best known for playing a Hogwarts student in the third Harry Potter film, Prisoner of Azkaban, but appeared in several other films such as Abducted and Legacy.

Outside of her life as an influencer, she is the owner of fashion boutique Kelsey Loves.

Kelsey is also the co-founder of performing arts academy K2K Stars, with her pal Kelsey Gallagher.

It's not known how Kelsey met Tom, but they announced their engagement back in 2016.

Speaking about the moment they laid eyes on each other, Kelsey told OK! Magazine: "It was literally love at first sight. I saw him outside a nightclub in London and I grabbed my friend and said: 'Oh my God, I love him'".

And Tom agreed, revealing: "I knew as soon as I saw her that I saw her as the mother of my children."

Following his diagnosis, Tom said he planned on expanding his brood with Kelsey.

Just before Christmas, he shared hopes of being 'cancer free' this year and confessed they wanted to have more children, but only if Tom was in a 'better health condition'.

"We definitely will have more children," Kelsey insisted.

Tom added: "Hopefully cancer-free, more babies and more shows with The Wanted."

The star underwent an aggressive regime of radiotherapy and chemotherapy over the festive season in 2020 and was left feeling 'disjointed and exhausted' with no appetite for Christmas dinner.

However during Christmas 2021, Tom was able to do things with his family.

He was excited to be able to do the little things, such as getting up with the kids on Christmas Day morning, and making their breakfast.

"It's nice to be back involved and feel part of the family unit again," he added.

Tom and his wife Kelsey had a very loving relationship and lived every day as if it was his last.

They were last spotted at an event together in October, at the Pride Of Britain awards.

Speaking to the Mirror at the awards, Tom said: "Things like this always warm the heart. These people are beyond incredible and they’ve been through so much. It puts life into perspective. Sometimes the world can be full of darkness, but days like this and people like this bring such joy."

He also told us: "Days like this put things into perspective. There's plenty of other people who've been through worse things than we've been through.

"We're here to celebrate them tonight. Live each day as if it's your last."

Sharing an update on his health, he went on: "Yeah, there are good days and bad days. But my family help keep me in a positive mindset and waking up to my children everyday brings me strength. I'm positive."

Previously speaking about how he handled his diagnosis, Tom admitted it was his wife and their kids who helped him get through.

He was glad that he was able to see the light again thanks to his wife and their two children.

"I had to, for my kids. I had two under two and a wife. You have to pick yourself up and get on with it," he added on Channel 4 's Stand Up To Cancer.

"It gives you perspective. It makes things so clear. You realise the important things in life. And how the small things are what matter."
