Kelsey Parker has revealed plans to turn husband Tom's ashes into jewellery for their children and the singer's mum as the family try to remain strong following the star's tragic death.
The Wanted singer lost his life after losing his fight with brain cancer in March, aged just 33.
The much-adored performer leaves behind devoted wife Kelsey and their children Aurelia, two and 20-month-old Bodhi.
But now the 32-year-old mum-of-two has revealed the super sweet tribute she has planned for her "best friend".
“It will be something really special the kids can have and it will be given to them at a certain time, but I don't know when yet," she explained."
The jewellery will also be given to Tom's mum, Noreen.
Opening up about the effects the star's death has had on their children, Kelsey explained: "They have lost their dad so they need me to be as strong as possible for them at the moment. I think people are like, ‘Wow, I can’t believe she is actually dealing with it,’ but I don’t really have any other choice but to deal with it," reports OK!
The widow added that she also has to be careful about the language she uses with Aurelia and Bodhi when it comes to taking about their dad.
Explaining that it's 'confusing' to say he's "gone to sleep", Kelsey said her daughter believes her daddy's "in heaven".
Kelsey hosted Aurelia's first birthday without her dad over the weekend in another heartbreaking milestone.
Aurelia Rose will turn three on Thursday and her mum organised a themed party for the special occasion.
The birthday girl was visited by a selection of Disney princesses - including Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel - as the toddler enjoyed her special day.
Aurelia was the star of the show of course, sporting a gorgeous pink ruffled princess dress.
The party was attended by some famous faces, with EastEnders star Louisa Lytton taking her young daughter Aura Olivia. The Irish singer-songwriter nominated Ruth Anne also went along to wish Aurelia many happy returns of the day.
The Mirror caught up with Tom and Kelsey at the Pride of Britain Awards last year.
When asked about his children, a huge smile lit up his face as he revealed they were his 'world'.
