Tom Parker and wife Kelsey had hoped for more children this year before his tragic death

Tom Parker and his wife Kelsey spoke about wanting to have more children in one of their last joint interviews together.

The singer, who tragically died on Wednesday following a battle with in inoperable brain tumour, was "broody" during the December interview.

Tom, who was just 33 when he passed, was diagnosed in 2020 - but optimistic Tom had said he wanted to be cancer-free by March this year.

In an interview with OK! Kelsey said: "Tom keeps saying he's broody! We don't know, we can't say when. We definitely will have more children."

"I'd like to have more, but I'd like to get myself into a better health condition," Tom added.

The couple got married in 2018 after meeting outside a nightclub, both saying that it was love at first sight.

They share two children, Aurelia, two, and one-year-old Bodhi, but they hoped for a third child this year.

Kelsey, who has remained positive throughout the whole of Tom's illness, said that the couple would definitely have more.

When Tom was asked his hopes for 2022, he said: "Hopefully cancer-free, more babies and more shows with The Wanted."

The couple had also spoken about how they had planned to talk to their children about Tom's illness.

They said that they tried to keep everything as normal for the children as possible, and would explain more when they were older.
