Michigan State played their first home game following the horrific tragedy that happened on campus last week. It was an emotional night at the Breslin Center for the coaches, players and the fans. Amidst the emotional game, the fans were electric, providing an outstanding atmosphere for the team to feed off of.
The Spartans ultimately ended up getting a huge victory over the Hoosiers, giving the home crowd something to be happy about.
A day later, Tom Izzo reflected on the gameday atmosphere, and gave a huge thank you to the MSU fanbase.
