I’m A Celeb winner Giovanna Fletcher says husband Tom has managed to maintain his Strictly six pack.
The McFly hunk proudly showed off his new abs on the show during training for which dance partner Amy Dowden moved in with the couple.
“He’s always got inner sexiness, he’s just not aware of it,” laughs Giovanna. “He’s still in very good shape.
“It was actually the first time in a long time where Tom literally had a really big appetite. He’s not really been a massive foodie. Whereas during that whole time he was loving his food as well, which is amazing.
“When you do a show like Strictly, it highlights how that activity affects your brain. You’ve been training every single day, having that adrenaline and all those endorphins flowing. So I think it makes it quite difficult when it’s suddenly stops. So he’s definitely been keeping it up.”
CoppaFeel! patron Giovanna broke her foot during a performance of the West End production of 2:22, but is due to return to the stage this week.
Despite her doctor’s warning to “listen to [her] foot and don’t be stupid”, Giovanna will be participating in two five-day, 100km treks for CoppaFeel! along the Pembrokeshire coastline and through the Sahara desert with 100 others to raise awareness for breast cancer.
The mum-of-three will start training as soon as she’s fully healed, and admits: “Both treks are going to be super challenging, but it’s for an amazing cause.”
Last year’s trek to the Scottish Highlands raised £450,000, so they’re aiming to raise £1million for the charity.
